At long last, a speaker dock that doesn’t have the “i” prefix in it to indicate it’s preference for the iPod family. The CVT Multimedia Center, however, caters to both iPods and iPhones with a fervor. It comes with a remote control that allows you to go through your stored tracks that are displayed on the blue LCD screen, but judging by my past experience with devices that have blue screens, staring at them for a wee bit too long stings the eyes. Other features include :

3.5″ blue LCD display

Touch control panel

Alarm and snooze function

iPod/iPhone charger

USB, Aux in and AV out

SD memory card reader

Integrated FM radio

Audio is pumped out via two speakers which are accompanied by an equal number of tweeters. The CVT Multimedia Center will retail for $99.50. [via]
