Dell has updated its Vostro laptop line up with four new models: the Dell Vostro 3300, 3400, 3500, and 3700. All models feature an aluminum case with three sophisticated color choices. The Dell Vostro 3300 is a 13.3 inch lapotp powered by Intel Core i3/i5 processor. It features up to 8GB DDR3 memory, 500GB hard drive, LED backlit display, Nvidia Geforce 310M 512MB graphics, DVD burner, 2.0MP webcam, fingerprint reader and Windows 7.

The Vostro 3400 (14inch) and 3500 (15.6inch) come with similar specification. Meanwhile, Vostro 3700 is a true desktop replacement notebook with a 17.3-inch display. It is powered by Intel’s Core i7 quad-core processor and Nvidia Geforce GT330M (1GB) for graphics. Other features remain the same. New UMPCs with Intel Atom CPU launched by Kohjinsha. The First is The Kohjinsha SC3. It has features a 1.33GHz Intel Atom Z520 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 60GB of HDD, a 7 inch wide touchscreen LCD with LED backlight, an internal GPS (optional), WiFi b/g, Bluetooth, and 1.3MP webcam. The other is the Kohjinsha SX3 UMPC. It has features with the The Kohjinsha SC3, but with a larger screen size of 8.9 Inch, and a DVD Super Multi Drive. Both UMPCs will be released in December 2008. The TouchSmart TX2 has HDTV in spades.
